Join us on Tuesday, October 28 from 6:00pm-7:00pm at the Virginia Tech Executive Briefing Center for an engaging discussion with Dr. Ralph Buehler, Professor of Urban Affairs and Planning at Virginia Tech. He will explore how cities can become more sustainable and less car-dependent through a multimodal approach—highlighting the evolving roles of cycling, transit, and walking.
Dr. Buehler will also discuss how these modes of transportation have changed over time, especially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Check out Dr. Buehler's website for more information about his work.
YPT members and non-members are welcome. Lite refreshments will be provided.
