• Jaime McKay, Deputy Director and Chief Morale Officer, Transit Services of Frederick County: A recognized industry leader and multiple award recipient, Jaime is a former five‑term YPT International Board member and served as International Chair (2018-2019).

• Dr. Katherine Kortum, Senior Program Officer, Transportation Research Board - A former YPT International Chair and founder of the Austin chapter, she led YPT’s global expansion and significantly grew its membership.

• Joung Lee, Deputy Director & Chief Policy Officer, AASHTO - Founder of YPT, Joung leads national transportation policy and strategic initiatives and brings extensive federal and industry experience.

• Nicholas Perfili, Program Manager, WMATA - A “Top 40 Under Forty” leader with over two decades of experience in planning, operations, and project management across multimodal transportation systems.
